Repeal and Amendment of Current Legislation

I

Following enactments are repealed:

  1. Guarantee Act of 26 March 19341.
  2. Decree the Federal Assembly of 15 November 18482relating to Oath of Office sworn by the Supreme Federal Authorities.
  3. Parliamentary Procedure Act of 23 March 19623. Article 8septiesremains in force until Article 61 of the Parliament Act comes into force (Art. 174 para. 3).
