(Art. 16 CISA)

  1. In the event of changes to the organisational structure, authorisation must be obtained from FINMA. The documents defined in Article 7 must be submitted to FINMA.
  2. Changes to documents in accordance with Article 15 CISA must be submitted to FINMA, with the exception of:1
    1. the relevant documents of foreign collective investment schemes;
    2. 2 any change in the total amount or range of the limited partners' contributions in the company agreement of the LPCI;
    3. 3 changes to documents requiring approval in the case of a domestic collective investment scheme where such documents relate exclusively to provisions on sales and distribution restrictions and are required in the context of foreign laws, international treaties, bilateral or supervisory arrangements, etc.
