  1. The bankruptcy order has the effect of a commencement of bankruptcy proceedings pursuant to Articles 197–220 DEBA1.
  2. The bankruptcy proceedings are conducted in accordance with Articles 221–270 DEBA. Articles 138a –138c remain subject to reservation.
  3. FINMA may issue different rulings and orders.
