  1. Amendments to the partnership agreement require the consent and signature of all the partners.
  2. The partnership agreement may be amended by majority resolution, provided that:
    1. this is provided for in the partnership agreement; and
    2. the resolution is publicly notarised.
  3. The partnership agreement amended by a majority resolution requires the signature of the general partners only.
