Anyone who professionally or commercially imports biocidal products which have been authorised in an EU or EFTA Member State under the simplified procedure specified in Article 26 of Regulation (EU) No 528/20121must declare the trade name and the authorisation number to the Notification Authority at least 30 days before placing them on the market for the first time.
