The subsidy application submitted after a person has taken a federal professional examination shall include the following:
- Information about the applicant;
- the invoices issued by the provider of the preparatory course indicating the course fees to be paid by the course participant;
- the certificate issued by the provider of the preparatory course confirming that the course participant has paid the course fees;
- the examination report indicating whether the course participant obtained a passing or failing score on the federal professional examination.
