Art. 61

(Art. 52 VPETA)¹

Federal subsidies shall be allocated as follows:

1. subsidies under Article 4 paragraph 2 and Article 48 VPETA;
2. subsidies under Article 54 and Article 55 VPETA;
3. ² subsidies under Articles 56 and 56a VPETA;
4. lump-sum subsidy mentioned in Article 53 VPETA.
