(Art. 28 para. 2 VPETA)

1. Professional organisations within the meaning of Article 1 paragraph 2 may request approval of federal professional examinations.
2. For this purpose, the professional organisations shall set aside the funds needed to offer and organise federal professional examinations.
3. Organisations that offer the corresponding federal professional examinations shall have the opportunity to act as sponsors.
4. The sponsorship agreement shall establish the rights and obligations of the organisations sponsoring federal professional examinations, in keeping with their size and economic capacity.
