  1. If an enforcement procedure cannot be carried out because the debtor is on military, civil protection or civil defence service, adults in his household and if the debt enforcement notice is served in a place of business, the employees or if applicable the employer are obliged, subject to criminal penalties (Art. 324 No 5 SCC1) to notify the officer of the service address and the year of birth of the debtor.2 1bis. The debt enforcement officer shall make those concerned aware of their obligations and of the criminal penalties in the event of their violation.3
  2. The command office concerned shall notify the debt enforcement office on request of the debtor’s discharge or leave.
