The composition court shall order an inventory of assets to be drawn up at the latest when granting the emergency moratorium. Articles 163 and 164 apply to thismutatis mutandis . The composition court may take further measures to safeguard the rights of creditors.
If the moratorium is granted, the court may appoint a commissioner to monitor the debtor’s management.
