Art. 340

  1. The debtor and any creditor may contest the decision by filing an appeal under the CPC1.2
  2. The debtor and those creditors who were present or represented at the first-instance hearing must be summoned to the hearing.
  3. An emergency moratorium granted by the composition court is effective until the final decision of the appellate court.3
