The liquidators are subject to the supervision and control of the creditors’ committee.
Opposition may be filed with the creditors’ committee to the orders made by the liquidators on the realisation of assets within ten days of receiving notice of the same and an appeal may be filed with the supervisory authority against the related decisions of the creditors’ committee.
In addition Articles 8–11, 14, 34 and 35 applymutatis mutandis to the liquidators’ management practices.
