When the company is founded, capital equivalent to at least 20 per cent of the nominal value of each share must be paid up.
In all cases the capital contribution must be at least 50,000 francs.If the share capital is in a foreign currency, the contributions made at the time of foundation must have a value equivalent to at least 50,000 francs.1
