If a property is divided, the easements, priority notices and notes for each divided part must be revised.
The owner of the property being divided must advise the land register office which entries to delete and which to transfer to the divided parts. If this is not done, the application must be rejected.
Where an entry according to the supporting documents or the circumstances does not relate to a divided part, it must be deleted. The procedure is governed by the regulations on the deletion of an entry.
