1The cantonal implementing legislation may stipulate that in general or in a specific legal relationship a form of mortgage under the previous law shall be regarded as equivalent to a form of mortgage under the new law.
2If this occurs, the provisions of this Code also apply to such cantonal liens from the date on which the Code comes into force.
