  1. The Federal Council ensures that the Federal Assembly, the cantons and the general public are suitably informed.
  2. It ensures that consistent information on its assessments, plans, decisions and provisions is provided promptly and regularly.
  3. Special provisions to protect overriding public or private interests are reserved.
