The committees may hold their meetings virtually if:
an in-person meeting is not possible; or
urgent decisions or decisions on how to proceed are to be taken.
A meeting may only be held virtually if the president and the majority of the committee members have given their consent by circular resolution.
The following persons may be connected virtually to a committee meeting taking place in person:
committee members for whom representation is not legally possible;
participants in hearings in accordance with Article 45 paragraph 1 letters b and c.
