The meetings of the committees are generally held in accordance with an annual meeting schedule.
The president may cancel meetings or schedule additional meetings. Decisions of the committee to the contrary remain reserved.
Between ordinary meetings, the committee shall be convened on an unscheduled meeting day if the majority of committee members have agreed to a corresponding request by circular resolution, in which an item of business is specified, the handling of which is urgent.
