Art. 17

(Art. 21 let. a FoIA) The processing of official documents, and in particular their registration, is governed by Article 22 of the Government and the Administration Organisation Ordinance of 25 November 1998¹, as well as by the provisions enacted by the competent department in application of the federal legislation governing the archiving of documents.
