  1. The schedule of fees is set out in Annex 1.
  2. On informing the applicant that it is intended to charge a fee, the authority shall allow the applicant 10 days within which to confirm that application for access. If no confirmation is received, the application shall be deemed to be withdrawn. The authority shall inform the applicant accordingly.2
