Art. 99b

The following persons have access to MIDES provided such access is required in order to fulfil their duties:

1. employees of SEM;
2. authorities in accordance with Article 22 paragraph 1;
3. authorised third parties in accordance with Article 99c .
4. ¹ employees of the cantonal or communal centres under Article 24d who are responsible for asylum seekers’ accommodation and care.
