modifiant le règlement (CEE) n o 3077/78 relatif à la constatation de l'équivalence des attestations accompagnant les houblons importés des pays tiers aux certificats communautaires
LA COMMISSION DES COMMUNAUTÉS EUROPÉENNES,
vu le traité instituant la Communauté européenne,
vu le règlement (CE) n o 1952/2005 du Conseil du 23 novembre 2005 portant organisation commune des marchés dans le secteur du houblon et abrogeant les règlements (CEE) n o 1696/71, (CEE) n o 1037/72, (CEE) n o 879/73 et (CEE) n o 1981/82 1 , et notamment son article 17,
considérant ce qui suit:
(1) Le règlement (CEE) n o 3077/78 de la Commission 2 dresse la liste des organismes des pays tiers habilités à émettre les attestations accompagnant les produits du houblon importés en provenance de ces pays. Lesdites attestations sont reconnues comme équivalentes au certificat prévu à l'article 4 du règlement (CE) n o 1952/2005.
(2) Étant donné que la Bulgarie et de la Roumanie ont adhéré à l'Union européenne, il convient que les organismes de ces nouveaux États membres cessent de figurer sur la liste de l'annexe du règlement (CEE) n o 3077/78.
(3) Certains des organismes figurant à l'annexe du règlement (CEE) n o 3077/78 ont changé de nom et d'adresse.
(4) Il convient donc de modifier le règlement (CEE) n o 3077/78 en conséquence.
(5) Les mesures prévues au présent règlement sont conformes à l'avis du comité de gestion du houblon,
A ARRÊTÉ LE PRÉSENT RÈGLEMENT:
L'annexe du règlement (CEE) n o 3077/78 est remplacée par le texte figurant à l'annexe du présent règlement.
Le présent règlement entre en vigueur le troisième jour suivant celui de sa publication au Journal officiel de l'Union européenne .
