Published August 5, 2026. WIS. CONSTITUTION 1 WISCONSIN CONSTITUTION LAST AMENDED AT THE APRIL 2025 ELECTION. PREAMBLE We, the people of Wisconsin, grateful to Almighty God for our freedom, in order to secure its blessings, form a more per- fect government, insure domestic tranquility and promote the general welfare, do establish this constitution.
