ARSD 12:38:01:01 Specifications for location and size of label

Potatoes sold or offered for sale or sold on consignment in South Dakota shall be labeled on the principal display panel of the product in letters not less than one sixty-fourth inch high.

ARSD 12:38:01:02 Grades of potatoes -- Conformity to federal standards

The grades of potatoes shall conform with the standards contained in 7 C.F.R. 51.1540 through 51.1566, inclusive, as in effect on July 31, 1974.
