REPEALS - OBSOLETE LAW RELATING TO WALLENPAUPACK CREEK WAYNE COUNTY

AN ACT

Repealing the act of February 4, 1808 (P.L.34, No.18), entitled "An act declaring part of Wallenpaupack Creek, in Wayne County, a Public Highway."

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. The act of February 4, 1808 (P.L.34, No.18), entitled "An act declaring part of Wallenpaupack Creek, in Wayne County, a Public Highway," is repealed.

Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
