REPEALS - OBSOLETE LAW RELATING TO ORIGINS OF FIRES
                  Act of Dec. 3, 1998, P.L. 930, No. 118              Cl. 88
                                  AN ACT

     Repealing the act of April 17, 1869 (P.L.74, No.50), entitled,
        "An act to provide a mode of inquiring into the origin of
        fires."
        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:
        Section 1.  The act of April 17, 1869 (P.L.74, No.50),
     entitled, "An act to provide a mode of inquiring into the origin
     of fires," is repealed.
        Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
