88TH INFANTRY DIVISION HIGHWAY - DESIGNATION
                  Act of Jun. 13, 1990, P.L. 228, No. 49              Cl. 87
                                  AN ACT

     Designating State Route 88 in Allegheny and Washington Counties
        as the 88th Infantry Division Highway.

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

        Section 1.  State Route 88 in Allegheny and Washington
     Counties is designated and shall be known as the 88th Infantry
     Division Highway.
        Section 2.  The Department of Transportation shall erect and
     maintain appropriate signs designating State Route 88 as the
     88th Infantry Division Highway.
        Section 3.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
