JOSEPH H. LONG BOULEVARD - DESIGNATION
                  Act of Nov. 22, 1989, P.L. 606, No. 67              Cl. 87
                                  AN ACT

     Designating a certain portion of Pennsylvania Route 61 in
        Schuylkill County as the Joseph H. Long Boulevard.

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

        Section 1.  That portion of Pennsylvania Route 61 in
     Schuylkill County, referred to as the Saint Clair By-pass, shall
     be known as the Joseph H. Long Boulevard.
        Section 2.  The Department of Transportation shall erect
     suitable markers in order to carry out this act.
        Section 3.  This act shall take effect immediately.
