COMMISSIONERS OF PUBLIC PARKS
                  Act of Jul. 5, 1917, P.L. 697, No. 257              Cl. 53
                                  AN ACT

     Relating to Commissioners of Public Parks.

        Section 1.  Be it enacted, &c., That the commissioners of
     public parks, created under any general or special law, may be
     chosen from the residents of any county or counties in which
     they may be authorized to lay out or maintain a public park; and
     all acts or parts of acts inconsistent herewith are hereby
     repealed.
