SECOND CLASS CITIES, SMOKE EMISSIONS REGULATED
                      Act of 1911, P.L. 667, No. 257                  Cl. 11
                                  AN ACT

     Authorizing cities of the second class to regulate the
        production or emission of smoke from chimneys, smokestacks,
        or other source.

        Section 1.  Be it enacted, &c., That cities of the second
     class shall have the power to regulate by ordinance the
     production or emission of smoke from any chimney, smokestack, or
     other source.
