WRITS OF SCIRE FACIAS AUTHORIZED
                 Act of Apr. 27, 1909, P.L. 250, No. 161              Cl. 72
                                  AN ACT

     Authorizing the issuance of writs of scire facias to enforce the
        lien of settlements for bonus or taxes in favor of the
        Commonwealth.

        Section 1.  Be it enacted, &c., That in all cases where
     settlements for bonus or taxes have been or may hereafter be
     made in favor of the Commonwealth, and liens therefor are
     entered in any court of common pleas of any county, it shall be
     lawful for writs of scire facias to issue thereon and be
     prosecuted to judgment and execution, in the same manner as such
     writs are ordinarily employed.
