MEMORIAL DAY, MUNICIPAL OBSERVANCES
                 Act of Jun. 25, 1895, P.L. 298, No. 216              Cl. 11
                                  AN ACT

     To authorize cities, boroughs and townships of this Commonwealth
        to appropriate moneys for Memorial Day services.

        Section 1.  Memorial Day services
        After the passage of this act the cities, boroughs and
     townships of this Commonwealth are hereby authorized to
     appropriate moneys for the expenses of Memorial Day services,
     and to pay the same out of such moneys in their respective
     treasuries as are not otherwise appropriated, in the manner
     appropriations are now made and paid.  1895, June 25, P.L. 298,
