SPECIFIC APPROPRIATIONS FOR ORDINARY EXPENSES
                    Act of Apr. 3, 1872, P.L. 3, No. 1                Cl. 72
                                  AN ACT

     To provide for the ordinary expenses of the government, and
        other general and specific appropriations for the year Anno
        Domini one thousand eight hundred and seventy-two.

        Section 45.  Corporation, etc; to take vouchers for money
     expended by them, and make quarterly settlements
        All corporations, penitentiaries, charitable and educational
     institutions, receiving and disbursing State appropriations
     shall take vouchers for the money so expended by them, and shall
     make quarterly settlements with the Auditor General.  1872,
