PHILADELPHIA CONSOLIDATED - RELATING TO ROAD WORK
                 Act of Mar. 13, 1868, P.L. 316, No. 284              Cl. 11
                           A FURTHER SUPPLEMENT

     To the act consolidating the city of Philadelphia, relative to
        the paving, macadamizing and turnpiking of streets in the
        rural wards thereof.

        Section 2.  Cost of intersections
        So much of any act or Acts of Assembly as requires the
     authorities of said city to pay the expenses of paving the
     intersections of said streets, shall apply also to macadamizing
     or turnpiking the same: Provided, That this act shall not apply
     to any road on which tolls are authorized to be collected.
