DEPUTY SURVEYORS TO ADMINISTER OATHS
                  Act of Apr. 4, 1803, P.L. 668, No. 186              Cl. 42
                                  AN ACT

     To authorise Deputy Surveyors or Assistants to administer oaths
        to Chain Carriers.
        Section 1.  Deputy surveyors to administer oath to chain
     carriers
        It shall be lawful for deputy surveyors, or their regularly
     authorized assistants, to administer an oath or affirmation to
     the persons employed as chain carriers, obliging each of them to
     the faithful performance of the duty of chain carriers.  1803,
