001. SCOPE AND AUTHORITY . These regulations implement the Protection from Domestic Abuse Act set forth in Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 42-901 to 42-931.

002. SERVICES . The Department will provide the services required by the Protection from Domestic Abuse Act and administer those services in accordance with Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 42-901 to 42-931.
