TITLE 16

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION

The Economic Development Commission is not an administrative agency as defined by North Dakota Century Code section 28-32-01. Therefore, the commission is not subject to the Administrative Agencies Practice Act (North Dakota Century Code chapter 28-32) and any rules the commission may have adopted are not published in the North Dakota Administrative Code.
