8.01 Overview

The DEC is charged with protecting the public health at Devens (St. 1993, c. 498, �11 and Article II Section C of the By-Laws). The DEC may establish a health department with a commissioner and an advisory council, and/or delegate the powers and duties delineated in these Regulations to a duly authorized and licensed public health services provider, and/or contract for required professional services with a provider or consultant.
