3.00 Standards adopted

528 CMR: BUREAU OF PIPEFITTERS, REFRIGERATION TECHNICIANS AND SPRINKLER FITTERS 528 CMR 3.00: STANDARDS ADOPTED In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. c. 146, §§ 82 and 83, the Bureau herewith adopts by reference the edition of the following standards and codes adopted in 780 CMR 35.00: Referenced Standards, 780 CMR 101.4: Referenced Codes, and 527 CMR 1.00: Massachusetts Comprehensive Fire Safety Code. In the event a code or standard adopted herein is subsequently updated, modified, removed, or otherwise superseded by the state building code adopted pursuant to M.G.L. c. 143, § 94 or the Massachusetts Comprehensive Fire Safety Code adopted pursuant to M.G.L. c. 22D and c. 148, only those standards adopted in said codes shall be deemed in effect and enforceable.
