456 CMR 20.00 Construction of rules, amendment and publication

20.01 Construction

20.01: Construction 456 CMR shall be liberally construed to effectuate the purposes and provisions of M.G.L. c. 150E.

20.02 Severability

20.02: Severability If any rule contained in 456 CMR should be declared invalid by final order or decree of a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalid provision or rule shall be severed and the validity of the remaining rules shall not be so affected.
