17.01 Effective Dates

17.01: Effective Dates (1) Any School holding a valid license prior to December 30, 2016, shall not be required to adhere to any new prerequisites for licensure created by 230 CMR until June 30, 2018. However, Schools subject to this extension shall remain subject to any prerequisites to licensure established in 230 CMR which are the same as those established by rules and regulations made prior to August 1, 2012 under the authority of M.G.L. c. 75C, § 7; c. 75D, § 8 and c. 93, § 21B.
