TITLE 460 DIVISION OF DISABILITY, AGING, AND REHABILITATIVE SERVICES NOTE: Under IC 4-28-2-1, the name of the Department of Human Services is changed to Division of Aging and Rehabilitative Services, effective January 1, 1992.
