TITLE 440 DIVISION OF MENTAL HEALTH AND ADDICTION NOTE: Under IC 16-13-1-3, the name of the Department of Mental Health is changed to Division of Mental Health, effective January 1, 1992.

NOTE: Under P.L.215-2001, SECTION 54, the name of the Division of Mental Health is changed to Division of Mental Health and Addiction, effective July 1, 2001. NOTE: Under P.L.39-2015, SECTION 3, the statutory authority to adopt rules has been transferred from the Director of the Division of Mental Health and Addiction to the Secretary of the Office of the Secretary of Family and Social Services, effective July 1, 2015. Rules adopted by the Director before July 1, 2015, are considered rules of the Secretary.
