This Act may be cited as the Aircraft Crash Parts Act.

Any person, other than a person officially investigating the crash of an aircraft or a person acting under the direction of such an investigator, who carries away from the scene of the crash parts of such aircraft, prior to the completion of the investigation, shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
