This Article 250 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois may be cited as the State Fair Grounds Title Law.

The people of the State of Illinois shall succeed to all the right, title, and interest of the Illinois Department of Agriculture in and to the State fair grounds and to all lands, buildings, money, unexpended appropriations, or other property connected therewith.
