This Act may be cited as the Military Service Button Act.

The State, every political subdivision thereof and the municipal corporation therein shall permit its police officers, while they are on duty, and each municipal corporation shall permit its firemen, while they are on duty, to wear buttons evidencing the fact that they have served in the military forces of the United States.
