Sec. 0.01. Short title

This Act may be cited as the State Off Street Parking in Rockford Act.

Sec. 1.

The Department of Central Management Services is authorized to enter into contractual agreements to purchase or lease certain property within Winnebago County for the sole purpose of providing adequate off-street parking to employees and visitors of the Rockford State of Illinois Building.
