Art. 110 ARTICLE 110. DEPARTMENT ON AGING

Sec. 110-1. Article short title

This Article 110 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois may be cited as the Department on Aging Law.

Sec. 110-5. Department on Aging; powers

The Department on Aging shall exercise, administer, and enforce all rights, powers, and duties vested in the Department on Aging by the Illinois Act on the Aging.
