Sec. 1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the State Colleges and Universities Gasohol Use Act.

Sec. 5. Requirement

All gasoline burning motor vehicles owned or leased by any State college or university shall be equipped to operate on ethanol blended gasoline as defined in Section 3-40 of the Use Tax Act and are required to be operated on ethanol blended gasoline whenever ethanol blended gasoline is available.

Sec. 10.

This Act takes effect July 1, 1992.
