Sec. 0.01. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Surplus Federal Property for Schools Act.

Sec. 1.

Title to any equipment and supplies acquired by the State of Illinois under the provisions of Public Law 124, 79th Congress, 1st Session, approved July 3, 1945, shall be vested in the school board of the district that has possession and use of such property and supplies on July 1, 1953.
